Analytics

This website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the pages, so the site can be improved. Clarity collects anonymised usage data and may set cookies, including:

pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement (session replay and heatmaps);
standard technical details such as browser, device type, operating system, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

This data is processed by Microsoft as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. It is used only to improve this website. It is never sold, and no advertising profiles are built from it.

The Library Cleanup app is separate

The analytics above apply only to browsing this website. The Library Cleanup app itself contains no tracking of any kind: it runs entirely on your Mac, processes your photos on-device, and never uploads your library or any usage data. Downloading and using the app is not tracked by Clarity.

Your choices

You can opt out of this analytics by blocking cookies or third-party scripts in your browser settings, using a tracking blocker, or enabling your browser's “Do Not Track” / privacy features. The website works the same either way.
